**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

- Grade 12.
- 1 year experience in a similar position.
- Must be proficient in MS office as a whole.
- Above average knowledge of word, excel and PowerPoint - essential.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Marketing knowledge and experience advantageous.
- Marketing or business qualification advantage.
- Social media and design experience/knowledge advantageous.
- Outstanding attention to detail, quality orientated.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Work well under pressure, deadline driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**The responsibilities are**:

- Assisting marketing department and its staff with necessary support and administration tasks.
- Contacting suppliers and processing paper work, quotations, invoices etc.
- Reconciling budget and expenditure.
- Drafting of PowerPoint presentations.
- Administrative tasks and filing.
- Assisting with compiling and consolidating of policy documents, internal documentation and institutional documents.
- Assist in managing bursary enquiries and bursary process.
- Assisting in answering and reviewing general public enquiries on institutional inbox.
- Assist with social media answering.
- Event coordination, planning and execution.
- Assisting in consolidating and managing communication and marketing grid to ensure deliverables are met.
- Travel arrangements from time to time.
- Minute-taking as and when necessary.
- Sourcing of compiling of internal information for distribution or other use.
