**Position description / overview**:
An established Eastern Cape building products company, specializing in concrete products, Ready-Mix, and face brick, seeks to employ a Compliance Administrator. As a company, they utilize their commercial quarries and the materials mined at these licensed facilities, to produce products of the highest quality at their specialized production yards in the Eastern Cape. The role has a 70/30 split, with 70% of time being admin focused at Head Office, and 30% of time being site visit/audit focused.

**Minimum Requirements / Experience**:

- Grade 12 / Matric
- Completed Health & Safety Certificates
- Completed Health and Safety Diploma (advantageous)
- 5+ years’ experience within a similar role (essential)
- Experience within a mining/DMRE background (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s license
- Own vehicle

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of training i.e medicals for staff etc (organise, manage, implement, associated administration).
- Health and Safety Audits
- Health and Safety Administration
- Site Visits
- Site Audits (to take place at various sites with 150km radius of Head Office)
- Travel to quarries and manufacturing sites
- Ability to perform audits at various sites within radius of 150km of HO.

**Competencies / Skills**:

- Excellent administrative and computer skills
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Self-management and deadline driven.
- Able to use own initiative
- Able to conduct site visits and audits independently
