A well-established Manufacturing Engineering company is looking for an ‘’ERP Syspro Systems Specialist’’ to join their team on a full-time permanent basis in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual specializing in the development, implementation, and maintenance of ERP systems within our manufacturing company.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of ERP systems tailored to the specific needs of our manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP system integration.
- Design and customize ERP solutions to streamline production planning, inventory management, supply chain operations, and quality control processes within our manufacturing environment.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in the configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP modules to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
- Train and support end-users in utilizing ERP systems effectively, and provide ongoing technical assistance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Work closely with the IT & Automation team and external vendors to resolve system issues and implement upgrades or enhancements as required.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging ERP technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our manufacturing operations.

**Position Requirements (Qualifications and Skills)**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance of ERP systems, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP software platforms specifically Syspro.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading ERP implementation projects from conception to completion.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Certificate = “SYSPRO 8 User System Administration Role” preferred and/or “SYSPRO Developer” (beneficial)
