**DEBTORS COLLECTION SPECIALIST / ROSEBANK (GAUTENG) - Our Client in the Property Industry is seeking to fill positions in East London and Rosebank.**

**Knowledge required**:
3 -5 years relevant experience

Experience Microsoft Office programs especially excel

MDA advantageous

**Skills required**:
Ability to collect arrears and interact with Tenants

Negotiation skills

Knowledge of legal Debt Collection process

Detail orientated

Effectively organize, prioritize and time manage workload

Good communication skills (reporting to management)

Ability to demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities

Team orientated

**Responsibilities include**:
Debtors follow up and collection;
Liaising with Tenants and Property Managers regarding issues affecting collection

Following debt collections processes and credit policy including instructing:
Liaising with Debtors management and Legal department regarding:
Tenant movement tracking

Debtors Collection status updating

Debtors’ arrears reporting to Portfolio Manager

Review tenant reconciliations

Inform on Billing Process as it affects collections

General leasing administrative support as required in the region

Ad Hoc duties as required by management

**Salary - R15 - R18k (depending on experience)
