**New Vehicle Sales Representative**

**JLR Bloemfontein**

**JLR Bloemfontein** currently holds vacancy for a **New Vehicle Sales Representative.**

Reporting to the **New Vehicles Sales Manager,** this position will be suited to a person who has exposure selling vehicles and the ability to provide excellent customer service

- Understanding of the compliance governing the retail industry would be an advantage.
- Experience in cold calling to develop a client base
- Knowledge of dealership policies and procedures
- Knowledge of competitive motor industry
- Drive specific strategies to retain and grow existing customer base.
- Manage customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service
- Marketing and promotions
- Achieve monthly sales Targets by prospecting and converting new business opportunities
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstration and test drives tailored to customer operational needs
- Handle objection, close deals and exceed dealership expectations
- Team player

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking and attending events
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Advise customers on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
- Coordinate with the finance department to assist customers with financing options
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on product knowledge and sales technique
- Keep accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and follow -ups

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Valid Driver’s License
- Clear Criminal Record
- A minimum of Grade 12
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills
- Customer and team orientation
- Motor industry experience is essential
- Computer literacy is essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 3 years sales executive experience
- Proven track record of meeting regular monthly targets on budget
