**Purpose of the Job**:

- To manage transport operation on a shift basis in order to meet customer service requirements and ensure compliance with all HSEQ policies and procedures for effective business operations

**What you’ll have done before**:
Baseline:

- NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Operations/ Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Engineering)
- 3 years’ experience in Transport Operations
- Knowledge of Fleet and HSEQ regulations
- Ability to work in operations environment

- Applies knowledge of the Transport & Logistics marketplace to advance the organisation’s Customer’s Satisfaction goal
- Develop and implement distinctive mindset, behavior and culture to achieve high work performance
- Communicate, interpret and adhere to Engen's Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) policies and Zero Tolerance (ZeTo) rules to ensure individual safety and that of others, safeguard business operations and Engen's compliance to industrial requirements.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Budget Administration
- Fleet management
- Inventory management
- Asset maintenance
- Co-ordinate adherence to customer and stakeholder policy and procedure
- Povide support and guidance to customers and adhere to customer SLAs
- Conduct audits on customer for compliance to governance and business procedures
- Liaise with contractor on deliverables and follow up on timelines and performance measures
- Communicate HSEQ procedures
- Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with all stakeholders
- Drive the development of competent working team that will enhance and sustain staff capabilities
