Our client has an opportunity available for a Finance Business Partner based in Pretoria with the focus on project and cost management.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting or Management Accounting.
- CA or CIMA is preferred.
- 5 years’ experience in financial, accounting or auditing and management reporting.
- Knowledge of accounting systems, policies and processes.
- Understand the medical schemes industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with various divisions and create a real and active partnership with both operations and finance.
- Collaborating with business units to develop budgets, forecasts and plans.
- Assist with annual or quarterly statutory reports.
- Work with the outsourced administrations of the scheme to achieve insourcing objectives.
- Ensure the compliance of policies and procedures.
- Investigate and report on significant budgetary variances and identifying any remedial actions required.
- Adhere to all project deadlines allocated to finance divisions.

Be the link between finance divisions, project teams and other stakeholders.
