The role will support and coordinate a variety of functional and reporting tasks within the internal control and protection team across various stakeholders. The role will be highly engaged in working with data, business processes, control inefficiencies and risk analysis. - The position is integral to contributing to the development of the functions strategic direction to support organisational growth and emerging risks and demands.
- The are various functional projects and task management elements required to be coordinated across the team.
- There will be a focus to maximise the workflow and streamlining of team tasks, report collation and for monitoring and presenting preparation when required.
- Coordination of assigned project work by line manager and secondary reporting line on functional initiatives to ensure team delivery on projects, tasks, planning, reporting and administrative updates are completed within agreed objectives and timelines due.
- Contributing to enhancement/optimization/automation of reporting/ visual dashboards (Power BI) under supervision of team members for support.
- Collaborating with the team to drive data consolidations for functional reporting requirements.
- Ensuring diligence over data accuracy for completeness and quality review of inputs collated.
- Contributing to risk analysis and sharing of insights on key outcomes, results requiring action by team / business partners.
- Supporting ICS annual testing working paper preparation

**Management & team support**
- Support on functional team planning, reporting and assistance with adhoc internal team demands and tasks from business partners.
- Act as system support for ICS testing tool TeamMate+ between Global ICS and function
- Maintaining and coordinating risk assessment updates within the function
- Support on onboarding material creation of new joiners into function and JD maintenance, annual team planning,
- Functional business presentation preparation and review with team
- Maintenance of reporting’s and continuous updates and enhancement to functional SharePoint

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Strong communication skills and high degree of stakeholder orientation
- Experience in working under pressure to meet deadlines and conflicting priorities.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential.
- Strong analytical skills and innovative thinker
- Ambitious team player thriving on challenges.
- Fluent in English
- TeamMate+, Power BI, SAP - Advantageous

**Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications**:

- University degree or other tertiary education - Finance, BI, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Internal Control, Data
- Functional: 3 years professional experience at similar roles - Basic understanding of internal auditing, internal controls, risk management, data analytics, project management, report consolidations.
