What will you do?
Providing secretarial and administration support to the Head of Forensic Services and the Forensic team countrywide. What will make you successful in this role?
Secretarial support to the Head of Forensic Services and the wider forensic team
Payment of invoices via the SAP Financial System and cost allocations to business
Forensic Checks (Application codes for Advisers and Brokers)
Capture Training Interventions on SAP
Administration and Handling of Theft cases (Theft of PC equipment)
Travel and accommodation arrangements
Ordering of stationery and office supplies
Minute taking
Attend to clients during their visits
General budget support
Assistance with all logistics of special events, information sessions etc.
Internal and external communication with stakeholders
Run the office regarding office infrastructure and services
Ad hoc requests Qualification and Experience
At least 5 years secretarial experience

**Recommended Qualification**: Certificate in Business Administration or Secretarial diploma

**Advantages**: Knowledge of the SAP Financial System and Travel arrangement experience

**Experience in Microsoft Office**: Word, Excel & Power Point required Knowledge and Skills
Business communications methods and processes
Business knowledge will be in your advantage
An understanding of the Sanlam structures, committees and processes would be an advantage
