As our **Digital Content & Marketing Consultant** you'll create engaging digital content, optimize user experiences, and mentor teams worldwide to help millions of people access the information and services they need.

**What you'll do**
- **Create impactful content (50%)**: Develop compelling website, social media, and contact centre content that connects with audiences and drives client visits to our clinics and maternities.
- **Empower global teams (20%)**: Mentor country digital leads through coaching, webinars, and best practice sharing. Help teams expand across platforms and navigate the evolving digital landscape.
- **Drive performance through data (15%)**: Train teams to use Google Analytics and social media insights to understand their digital performance and optimize results.
- **Maintain digital excellence (15%)**: Guide country teams in keeping WordPress websites current, user-friendly, and effective.

**Essential skills and experience**:

- Advanced WordPress proficiency and deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X
- Proven track record creating consumer-facing digital content that drives results
- Experience running paid campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and using analytics tools
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media strategy
- Ability to manage agencies and train/mentor others
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
