Overview of the role and requirements:

- Plan, direct and coordinate a programme of projects to ensure goals are met and that projects are executed as expected.
- Manage programmes, reports, and projects within the Cyber Security space.
- Provide visibility of capacity within the Cyber Teams for effective resource planning.
- Collaborate with Cyber Security Manco to align strategies and objectives.
- Technology background in Cyber Security is advantageous.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and security services (e.g., data centers) is beneficial.
- Experience in Security Governance is a plus.
- Oversee and execute programmes and projects related to Cyber and Security, including those managed by other Project Managers.
- Agile methodology

You will be responsible for:

- Deploy integrated risk management, governance and compliance frameworks throughout area of responsibility.
- Identify and participate in activities that are appropriate for own development as a life-long learner.
- Manage team or teams in areas of responsibility in delivery against performance targets and achievement of wider cyber security objectives.
- Demonstrate leadership through personal involvement, commitment to organisational values.
- Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.
- Develop tactical strategy and delivery plans in support of functional strategic objectives in partnership with leadership.
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders to support thought leadership, innovation and integrated practice solutions.
- Provide input to budgets aligned to tactical delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances.
- Monitor actual project progress and resolve issues speedily to enhance effective client service delivery.
- Design integrated programme plans, identify resources, implement strategies and manage risks associated to the project.
- Enable the successful operationalisation of the required programme changes.

- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Project Management Qualification
