- Creates reports to monitor inventory assessment reports, proactively quantifies and communicates store inventory concerns, assists in developing and gaining alignment executing a recovery plan
- Work in partnership with company Express Branches and company Dynamics Retail, Supply Chain (Supply and Demand Planning), and Customer Forecasting key contacts with a focus on improving customer forecast accuracy and ensuring proper replenishment of inventory to maximize sales and retail in-stock conditions, while driving inventory efficiency and supply reliability
- Develop and implement inventory improvement related projects (such as work process, inventory optimization, network projects, etc)
- Drive consensus for inventory issues with internal stakeholders and customers
- Is focused on continuous improvement initiatives specifically relevant and executable to advancing the current results
- Be responsible for forecasting, including base item forecasting, promotional forecasting, and event planning, inventory analysis, and replenishment, coupled with replenishment analysis to identify opportunities for greater efficiency
- Provide leadership to company ’s Integrated Demand Planning (IDP) process, partnering with Supply Chain and Demand Planning organizations within company to improve national forecasts for better production planning and distribution of finished goods inventory
