About the Financial and Cost Management Reporting Team
The team comprises of two components that operate co-dependently to fulfil all the finance reporting requirements for Discovery Health SA as well as the cost management reporting for the segment.- Key purpose
To review and process journals and reconcile balance sheet accounts. To conduct other adhoc financial reporting analysis and related tasks. To lead and support a team.- Key Outputs
- To review and post journals to record all entries in the GL.
- To review B/S accounts to ensure completeness validity and accuracy of Management Account.
- To prepare and present management accounts.
- To provide variance explanations on the management accounts.
- To review payments and meet the contractual timelines of these payments.
- To provide finance support to the New Market Executive team.
- To assist with budget preparations.

- Completed BCom /B Accounting degree
- Bcom Honors qualification
- Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in Finance
- In addition to the above, Minimum 1 - 2 years leadership experience
