Duties/Pligte
- Coordinating and administrating two interdisciplinary Master's programmes under the Programme Manager and academic leads;
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements, registration and performing other related activities on behalf of lecturers and postgraduate students who participate in conferences, exchange programmes and visits nationally and abroad;
- Uploading student marks and analysing marks on Excel;
- Coordinating and compiling the Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Prospectus, including the welcoming and orientation of new students;
- Coordinating the MSc programmes in Sustainable Agriculture and Food and Nutrition Security;
- General administration of postgraduate rooms, including computers, printers and the Departmental photo board;
- Administration of postgraduate oral exams.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- A relevant bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years' working experience in office administration OR project management;
- Excellent organisational skills, interpersonal skills and time management;
- The ability to act in a diplomatic way towards people at different levels in and outside of the University;
- Organisational abilities and the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks simultaneously;
- Excellent written and verbal language abilities for a modern multilingual university;
- Good written communication skills, including the ability to write reports;
- Good interpersonal relationships;
- Computer literacy and complete proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel;
- The ability to work with confidential information;
- The ability to quickly acquire new skills and processes and work in a collaborative environment;
- The ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Willingness and availability to work after hours occasionally, as necessary;
- A valid driver's licence.
