**About the job**:
The Social Media Content Creator will play a vital role in our marketing team, working closely with the Marketing Manager to curate and create engaging content for all our social media platforms.

This individual will be responsible for producing captivating product photography, image posts, short videos, and reels for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

Additionally, they may be required to assist with graphic design and the creation of infographics to enhance our social media presence.

**Position Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends, particularly Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Produce high-quality product photography and image posts for social media platforms, complementing the work of professional photographers for main product photography.
- Capture day-to-day lifestyle photography for social media, ensuring engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with our audience.
- Create engaging short videos and reels tailored to Instagram and TikTok audiences.
- Design graphics and infographics to complement social media posts and campaigns.
- Plan and schedule social media content several months in advance, ensuring consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Manage social media campaigns from conception to execution, including monitoring performance and optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with various design projects as needed, including but not limited to branding materials, promotional content, and product packaging.
- Provide monthly feedback and statistics on social media performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Stay informed about current social media trends and best practices, as well as new developments in the beauty industry.
- Maintain a portfolio showcasing previous or existing work, demonstrating proficiency and creativity in social media content creation.
