**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**SEO Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client objectives, focusing on driving organic traffic and improving search rankings.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits to identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to improve search engine visibility.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and deliver exceptional results.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Serve as the primary SEO consultant for clients, effectively communicating strategies, results, and actionable insights.
- Understand client goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Offer proactive recommendations to expand services that align with client objectives.

**Team Leadership & Collaboration**
- Lead and mentor team members, providing clear guidance and actionable feedback to support their growth and success.
- Translate client requirements into well-defined tasks, ensuring alignment and precision.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages problem-solving and innovation.

**Technical Expertise & Tools**
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilize industry tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs for data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with development teams to address technical SEO issues and implement improvements.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience & Skills**
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Proven ability to create and execute successful SEO strategies across diverse industries.
- Strong understanding of analytics and reporting tools to drive insights and results.
- Experience in managing and leading teams to deliver client-focused outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
