Bayteck, a national company requires the services of a Debtors Manager at its branch in Midrand, Gauteng.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities associated with the debtor’s function.
- Ensure that branch debtors' accounts remain within agreed payment terms of each customer.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Pastel, etc.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in dealing with debtor’s accounts and working on Pastel.
- Experience in managing a debtors department and/or a minimum of 5 staff.
- Have experience in the reconciliation of accounts.
- Be able to manage debtors' aging accounts to keep within required aging buckets.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Enthusiasm, reliability, and ability to multi-task.
- Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
- Be able to meet and/or exceed individual and team targets.
- Be target and goal orientated.
- Be able to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
