A construction foreman manages construction projects on-site. They are responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. They also lead and supervise the construction team.

Construction foreman duties
Schedule and assign work:
Create schedules, assign tasks, and monitor attendance

Supervise workers: Train and supervise workers, and provide feedback

Manage resources: Ensure adequate manpower and resources, and manage equipment

Monitor progress: Report project progress to superiors and ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget

Ensure quality and safety: Ensure construction jobs are completed to the agreed standard and specification

Resolve disputes: Solve disputes between workers

Liaison: Serve as a liaison between workers and supervisors

Select materials: Aid in the selection of materials for the project

Coordinate deliveries: Coordinate the delivery and pickup of materials

Ensure health and safety: Ensure the health and safety of personnel on site

**Construction foreman with knowledge of structures and reading of plans setting out the site is important**

Pay: R10 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
