Define the scope of the project in conjunction with senior management
- Tendering & pricing potential new projects
- Create a detailed project plan and determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to

complete the project
- In consultation with senior management, recruit, interview and select employees with appropriate skills

for the project activities
- Lead multiple projects to a successful completion ensuring that project deliverables are on time, within

budget and at the required level of quality
- Professional team liaison
- Adjudication of quotes and preparation of approval documents for management.
- Regular site inspections of ongoing projects ensuring scope of work, quality and safety standards are

adhered to.
- Manage Contract Managers or Foreman
- Develop templates to document project activities (if current templates are not to your liking)
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful

completion of the project
- Report to management on progress on sites.
- Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a

regular basis
- Submit Payment Certificates timeously.
- Manage contractual requirements for all projects (notification of delays, delay claims etc)
- Signing off on supplier and sub-contractor invoices.
- Ensure contract profitability
