Product and Support Operations Manager

Job Description

To identify and implement enhancements on existing products and procedures as well as effectively manage all operational aspects of the specific product
- Contribute to the development of area specific budgets to minimize expenditure, in alignment with operational plans
- Manage an integrated service excellence culture, which builds rewarding relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service.
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders
- Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information.
- Facilitate the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes and services
- Drive operational efficiencies and delivery of superior quality customer experiences and improve operational processes and procedures on an ongoing basis
- 7+ years in a commercial/ product experience.
- Understanding of Sales enablement environment
- Understanding of vehicle and property financing
- Qualification: Bcom Degree (General or IT) or Similar
