Supply Chain & Procurement Data Analyst

**Role purpose**:
To perform a supporting reporting and analyst function in the SCM Function.

The resources must be able to consolidate all supplier spend against valid contracts.
Ensure full compliance of Suppliers to SCM governance and compliance

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Assist with Analysis of Supplier Data. Ensuring data is accurately maintained
- Provides input into defining innovating local category strategy.
- Formulate processes and efficiencies to support the execution of supplier strategies.
- Coordinate and Maintain Reporting requirements of SCM.
- Manage all bid office engagements by supporting business in obtaining initial pricing and supporting all bid office requirements.
- Drive digitisation in SCM Enterprise Business.
- Support delivery of local and regional level 1 category strategies, spend and savings targets Across Full Business and Financial Services.

This involves areas such as Software, hardware, Managed Services, Network, Direct Expenditure across all categories

**Key performance indicators**:

- Ensuring SCM compliance is met for all bid support requirements.
- Prompt delivery of reporting for SCM requirements with associated execution where applicable
- Implementation of the agreed BBBEE Procurement Strategy in Vodacom SA

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Presentation skills
- Creates and maintains documentation of processes
- Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with Exco members
- Quick delivery and lead to deliver professional accurate data.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Experience in procurement process
- Demonstrated Reporting Analyst experience
- must be able to work independently and produce results that meet standards of quality, timeliness, and acceptability with mínimal supervision
- Experience in the Telecoms industry and/or bid office management will be an added advantage, but not a key requirement.

**Salary**: R55,000.00 - R65,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
