Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-functioning work environment.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems accurately.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Coordinate office supplies, inventory management, and procurement.
- Support finance with basic administrative tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Liaise with external service providers, vendors, and stakeholders as required.
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the management.Qualifications and Requirements:
*Matric Certificate
- No experience in office administration or related role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
