Administrative Assistant

Our Client in the Education industry seeks a punctual, friendly, and well organised Administrative Assistant who thrives in increasing efficiency and executes smooth operations.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as a confidential secretary and administrative aid to the Director
- Act as administration liaison officer
- Research, compile and prepare documentation
- Prepare and distribute information as instructed by the Director
- Grammar
- Edit and proofread all documentation prepared by the Director
- Receive and screen incoming calls that may require the Directors attention and determine the priority of each call
- Maintain liaison functions and stay in constant contact with the Director and the Directors Personal Assistant
- Provide assistance to the Director for any events arranged by the company
- Provide assistance with the maintenance of company policy and procedure and the development hereof
- Compile and maintain appropriate records and information
- Maintain filing procedure
- Preparation of documentation, letters, memos etc.
- Prepare agenda’s, draft minutes, and handle any other admin for meetings
**Qualification and experience required**:
- 2-3 Years’ experience in a similar role.
- Fluent languages in English and Afrikaans, a third language would be advantageous.
- Relevant Diploma or qualification in a similar field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month
