**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative assistance to the Branch Manager, including:

- Preparing and managing quotes.
- To act as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Chief Executive by prioritising and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.
- Plan and organise travel and accommodation when required
- To service meetings of the Senior Management Team by drafting and collating papers and reports, preparing manageable agendas, taking minutes and following up on actions points.
- Making calls and following up with clients.
- Coordinating general errands and shopping for the branch.
- Support the receptionist with tasks such as:

- Greeting clients and managing incoming calls.
- Assisting with scheduling and client inquiries.
- Handling general administrative duties as needed.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment in the office.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Must have own transport/ getting to and from work
- Must have matric certificate or equal
- Must be able to start in January 2025 preferable
- Desirable Skills:

- Experience in the Security, Construction, or similar industry

- Proactive in maintaining an orderly showroom and up-to-date customer records.
- **Teamwork & Attitude**:

- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist colleagues and customers.
- Loyal and dedicated to the company’s growth and reputation.
- Willing to continue developing both technical and interpersonal skills.

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (required)
