**Production and Machine Operator**:
The Production and Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production process. They are tasked with setting up the machines, ensuring proper functioning, monitoring production output, and performing quality checks. They follow established procedures, safety guidelines, and production schedules to ensure efficient and accurate production. The position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurate unloading of packages, operating a trolley jack for material movement, completing essential incoming goods documentation, and maintaining the raw material stock control register.
- Operate machines, load unfinished rolls, and ensure proper machine settings while monitoring and adjusting the steaming process.
- Removing finished rolls, reporting malfunctions, and maintaining a comprehensive machine information database.
- Properly store products and materials and regularly check stock levels and document deficiencies.
- Conduct inspections and record quality checks on products at various stages of production to maintain high standards of quality.
- Maintain activity logs related to machines and Keep records of product quality and machine data.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in the training of new operators when necessary.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing is preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand and troubleshoot machinery.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment operation.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.

**Salary**: From R4 700,00 per month
