As a
**Cashbook & Office Administrator, **you will be responsible for the following:

- ** **Payments**
- Manage payments both foreign and local
- Allocation of non DME payments
- ** **Cashbook**
- Maintain the cashbook
- Prepare and post daily bank journals to the GL
- Ensure all transactions are allocated
- Reconcile on a monthly basis all bank control accounts
- Prepare monthly bank / GL recons
- ** Reporting**
- Monthly reporting of cash balances and budget
- Monthly reporting to group treasury
- ** **Credit Cards**:

- **Annual Audits**:

- ** **Filing**

**Qualifications**:
Completed Matric

Accounting Diploma

**Skill**:
2+ years experience

Attention to detail

SAP is preferred
