**About Us**:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Programming Trainer to join our team and help us continue our mission of transforming lives through education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver high-quality training programs on Java fundamentals, programming, Python, etc.
- Create and maintain course materials, including lesson plans, slides, exercises, and assessments.
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to students during training sessions.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate the latest practices into the training programs.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance existing courses and develop new ones.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Programming Trainer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Java and Python programming, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Experience with online and in-person teaching methodologies.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Must located in Cape town
