**Job Title**: Trainer for Teachers at Islamic School

**Location**: Uganda

**Contract Duration**: 6 months

**Salary**: $1500 USD per month

**About Us**: We are a well-established Islamic school in Uganda, catering to 1800 pupils from Grade R to Grade 8. Our mission is to provide high-quality education that integrates Islamic values and principles. We are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching learning environment for both students and teachers.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer to join our team for a 6-month contract. The Trainer will be responsible for providing professional development and training to our teachers, ensuring they are equipped with the latest teaching methodologies and strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of our teachers.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to teachers.
- Collaborate with school leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in teacher training and professional development.
- Strong understanding of Islamic educational principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a diverse cultural setting.

Pay: R25 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
