**Role Purpose**:
Vodacom DLS: Content and Lifestyle is part of an acceleration unit within the greater Vodacom Group. The ambition is to expand the relevant DLS Content and Lifestyle products footprint though innovative and niche product offerings.
The purpose of this role is to define, manage and execute on a product strategy that will:
Launch new products into market to grow revenues
Maintain and enhance existing offerings to maximise revenues
Includes all phases of the product development life cycle from conceptualisation to end of life
Ensure performance, reliability and standards aligned to best practice and of a higher quality than the industry benchmark
Consider journey and technical alignment from an implementation perspective (partner management) within the greater DLS

**Your responsibilities will include**:
Deliver on target revenues, new products, product growth metrics and other relevant business objectives as required
Drive the product roadmaps with current product owners within DLS Content and Lifestyle; and ensure alignment across product portfolios
Launch new products in market, while operating, monitoring and optimising existing ones
Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Advise, guide and implement on product best practices, and ensure adherence to governance and compliance
Ensure Value driven development that enhance revenue opportunities that can be measured and executed upon
Manage the product and portfolio team and ensure that performance is in line with business objectives

3/4 year Degree/Diploma in Project Management / Marketing / Engineering or related
8+ Years of Experience in Telecoms / Digital Advertising
5+ years Management experience
Good understanding of Telecoms
Digital advertising background
Commercial business background
Project and Product Management experience
Strong communication Skills; written and verbal
Able to effectively manage a team in a high performance
- high business requirement environment

The base location for this role is Midrand, Vodacom Campus
