**Job description**:
To ensure that there is effective and efficient flow of information between the House view Equity Portfolio Management team, and clients, advisers and other business areas. This position will report to the PSG Securities Head of Trading. This position will involve extensive travel.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Support the marketing initiatives of the PSG Wealth Houseview portfolios:

- Ensure that there is efficient engagement and training with advisers, sales traders, and other sales staff on our house view equity portfolios
- Travel extensively to meet with advisers, with the specific aim of standardizing portfolios to be aligned with the in-house range
- Promote the PSG Wealth Equity portfolio value proposition (product & service offering) in the PSG Wealth Distribution network
- Contribute towards enhancing our equity portfolio value proposition
- Assist with feedback to our client base as may be required
- Assist communication and marketing teams with material for marketing purposes
- Training of various staff groups on product and processes
- Ensure that the operational environment for managing the product offering (which refers to both the activities of the portfolio relationship manager and the Platform Support team) is continuously reviewed, and enhanced, and remains as efficient as possible

2. Manage the successful migration of acquired books
- Mapping client groups from their “as is”, to their “to be” state by identifying the most suitable inhouse portfolios and transition processes and working closely with the middle and back offices to execute efficiently
- Assist our advisers to ensure that all clients who wish to migrate to our portfolios are migrated to the most suitable equity portfolios in the most efficient manner

3. Daily and ad hoc tasks
- Provide the Head of Trading with regular reporting as required
- Engage with existing clients
- Engage with prospects
- Provide necessary reports to PortCo
- Provide HVE portfolio construction reports to Head of Trading and Head of Sales when required including a comparison to adviser office portfolio construction
- Responsible to provide Wealth Leadership visit reports to assist adviser office engagement
- Assist with marketing (as per above)
- Regular discussions with the Platform Support team to ensure that all administrative aspects regarding the portfolio relationship management function is being executed timeously within SLA
- Provide the Equity portfolio investment committee with detail regarding client and investor needs and requirements, to ensure that potential product gaps can be filled
- Engage with business to contribute towards the formulation, implementation and monitoring of a list of business targets and goals, both from a commercial as well as a risk perspective
- Manage escalated adviser complaints and queries regarding the product offering
- Implement controls to reduce operational errors and delays

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting
- Understanding of share investing
- Advanced Excel
