Your Day-to-Day will include:

- Strengthening and shaping social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter) by creating Digital Brand positioning guides for existing & new clients.
- Collaborating with our existing Social Media Managers, openly discussing past findings and limitations specific to each client’s industry, and working together to improve scheduling and better target audiences.
- Developing and creating strong, original presence for our clients on TikTok, creating a mix of informative, educational content with entertaining, “viral”-targeted content.
- Producing quality microvideos & photography for Paid, Owned and Earned channels.
- Researching, curating, conceptualizing, storyboard, filming, shooting, editing and designing Digital content for our Digital Marketing efforts
- Display clear knowledge of the current and ever-changing social media climate, observing trends (especially Tik Tok & Reels trends) and tailoring the content accordingly, as well as shifting focus based on successes and failures.
- Doing quarterly digital brand positioning audits on clients.
- Ad-hoc support to Digital Brand Manager in uploading content to channels such as Google My Business Listings, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp for Business & LinkedIn.
- Assist with reporting and advisory.

Key competencies:

- Hyper aware of UX and CX experiences.
- A good understanding of videography & photography in its entirety.
- Must be able to produce content that is tailored to specific placements, e.g: FB & IG Reels, TikTok, FB & IG Stories, Google Display Ads, etc.
- Operate as a team member and able to create & present storyboards & ideas;
- Own equipment and licenses (cameras, lenses, gimbal, lighting, etc.) is great but not a necessity.
- Advantageous: Knowledge and skill to create micro-animations.

Your background:

- Previous Agency experience will be advantageous.
- Experience in Social Media Management is a non-negotiable.
- A relevant qualification in Digital Marketing / Photography / Videography / Social Media Management.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar or related role.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paarl, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Diploma (preferred)
