Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Adhere to all Safety Health Environment (SHE) and housekeeping requirements. Adhere to Duty of Care Policy at all times..- Accurate identification of all bearing assembly and slurry pump parts, Assemble bearing assembly and pump units according to SOP specifications- Measure bearing lift, pump end float and shaft run out- Perform pressure testing of assembled pump units- Complete fitment and finishing of pump ancillaries according to drawing specifications and ensure quality adherence of all manufactured parts- Stripping and inspection of bearing assemblies and pumps, Fault analysis on bearing assemblies and pumps- Alignment of drives using straight edge, clock gauge and laser
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Qualified Artisan and two to three to five years related experience. Identification, reading and interpreting Technical Drawings
