This is your chance to join high-impact campaigns in Collections, Customer Service, and Sales—on site in Umhlanga or Durban CBD.

**Available Campaigns & Locations**
- Collections (UK campaign)
- Customer Service (UK campaign)
- Sales (UK Energy and other campaigns)

**All are on-site roles at**:

- Durban Central
- Umhlanga

Rotational shifts covering days, nights, weekends, and South African public holidays.

**Position Overview**

You will handle inbound and outbound calls for Collections, Customer Service, or Sales campaigns with professionalism and empathy. Your goal is to resolve inquiries efficiently and deliver outstanding service aligned with International BPO standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Listen to customer needs, concerns, and queries with accuracy and empathy
- Provide product/service information and resolve issues within defined turnaround times
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures
- Meet performance targets including call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time

Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
- **Non-negotiable** - Grade 12 plus 1 year call center experience (Collections, Customer Service and Sales)
- **Non-negotiable** - Speak English fluently
- **International call center experience is a strong advantage**:

- Empathy, negotiation, and customer-centric mindset
- Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced, blended call environment critical

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Calm demeanour under pressure and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric attitude with a professional and courteous approach
- Matric certificate or equivalent (Sales roles may accept Grade 11 with specified experience)

**Preferred Attributes**
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Fluency in English language
- Familiarity with compliance protocols and data privacy standards

**Work Conditions**
- Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays
- On-site at Umhlanga or Durban CBD
