**Responsibilities**
- Update companies catalogues on a daily/weekly basis as required
- Make sure all the products in stock/on Pastel are also on the company catalogue
- Make sure all sales reps have the current catalogues and order forms downloaded on to tablets
- Manage pricing, checking pricing on catalogue matches Pastel system
- Management will give you details of goods arriving - add pictures of these goods, description and pricing as and when needed to update catalogue
- Looking into the possibility of implementing a sales rep app or IT software for company to make the ordering dispatch process more efficient.
- Assist with admin and marketing tools for sales reps i.e promotion tracking, up to date data, stock levels
- Assisting with filing, customer data
- If required, assist with customer account reconciliations
- If required, assist with supplier account reconciliations
- If required, interact with suppliers overseas, shippers, freight forwarders to get updates on pending shipments
- As required assist with preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
- Preparing deals for One Day Only online sales
- Customer satisfaction telephone calls on a regular basis
- Approach potential new customers, if required by management
- Assisting sales reps with promotions, sales, product development

**Requirements**:

- Qualification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent
- Hands on experience with Pastel and MS Excel is advantageous
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
