We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seek leads, Calls and close the customer

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, or chat

  • Meet sales targets by promoting products or services to customers

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Accurately record customer interactions

  • Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred
