A well-established dealership in
**East London** is looking to employ a
**PreOwned Vehicle Sales Manager.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and reporting on individual and team sales performance
- Ensuring customer satisfaction targets are being exceeded
- Taking a hands-on approach in supporting used car sales executives to meet their targets
- Carrying out market and competitor analyses, setting target parameters (e. g. for pricing), and ensuring these are implemented
- Engaging in active marketing and stock management
- Identifying training and development needs and opportunities for your staff
- Working closely with the used car sales team to ensure the dealership meets its used car sales target

**Requirements & Skills needed**:

- Prior leadership experience in the automotive sector is essential
- At least 5 years of experience in a Management position
- Talented communicator and motivator with natural authority, a confident manner, and a highly performance-oriented approach
- Proven track record of leading a team to exceed used car sales targets
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing staff
- Drives license
- Grade 12 or higher qualification
