Bizco Tech is looking for a skilled **Chatbot & Workflow Automation Specialist** to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will help us build advanced chatbot systems and automated workflows tailored to the needs of diverse clients using various tools, plugins, APIs, and WordPress platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement chatbots and workflow automations for clients on WordPress.
- Work with a variety of chatbot tools, workflow automation plugins, APIs, and related technologies.
- Customize and optimize chatbots to enhance customer experience and drive business results.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to integrate chatbot solutions with other business systems.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing workflows and automation systems for clients.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on chatbot and workflow automation setups.

**Preferred Experience**
- Proven experience in chatbot development and workflow automation on WordPress or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with tools such as Zapier, Integromat (Make), or similar workflow automation tools.
- Familiarity with WordPress plugins for chatbot integration and automation, such as Tidio, WP-Chatbot, etc.
- Strong understanding of API integrations.
- Solid experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Understanding of AI and Machine Learning principles, especially related to conversational AI.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a remote team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Some Requirements**:

- Proven experience in WordPress (5 years)
- Must have a verifiable portfolio of work done in Web Development & Maintenance

Pay: R100,00 - R200,00 per hour
