We're looking for a
Web Developer / WordPress Developer
who can take full ownership of building, improving, and scaling marketing-driven websites.

What you'll do

  • Build
    fast, conversion-focused WordPress websites
    (marketing, lead-gen, e-commerce)
  • Turn
    Figma designs
    into pixel-perfect, mobile-perfect builds using
    Elementor / Divi
  • Implement and configure plugins: SEO, forms, search, caching, security, backups, performance
  • Integrate websites with
    CRMs and marketing stacks
    (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, custom CRMs, Zapier, webhooks, APIs)
  • Implement chatbots, WhatsApp/Messenger chat, and AI-assisted chat experiences
  • Own
    technical SEO and performance
    (Core Web Vitals, page speed, redirects, schema, URL hygiene, uptime)
  • Set up and maintain
    analytics & tracking
    : GA4, GTM, Search Console, Meta & Google Ads conversion tracking, Hotjar/Clarity
  • Manage full
    QA and go-live
    : cross-device testing, DNS/domain setup, staging → live migration, launch checks, post-launch monitoring

What you bring

Experience

  • 3+ years building websites for consumer brands
    or
    agency/digital marketing experience
  • Strong WordPress build experience (mid–senior level)
  • Deep proficiency in
    Elementor and/or Divi
  • Proven experience with
    CRM and marketing integrations
  • Solid understanding of
    technical SEO and performance optimisation
  • Comfortable shipping high-traffic pages and landing pages in fast-paced environments

Technical skills

  • WordPress (core, themes, plugins)
  • Elementor / Divi
  • HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
  • GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console
  • Heatmap/behaviour tools (Hotjar, Clarity, etc.)
  • CRM integration + middleware (Zapier / Make / webhooks)
  • Website optimisation and QA/deployment best practices
