**Descriptions**:
- Responsible for guest experience and achieve customer service excellence in all aspects of the Estate;
- Drive product education and in-store sales;
- Management of stock quality on shelf while minimising waste and out of stocks;
- Management of a team of staff to ensure performance excellence against KPIs and Standard Operating protocols (SOP’s);
- Co-ordination of events and workshops;
- Weekly and Monthly reporting to Management;
- Establishment and management of Deli/ restaurant food and beverage offerings;
- Oversee development of in-house meals and produce;
- Manage Tasting Room Manager and facilities
- Responsible for client orders processing, delivering and on-time payments;
- Liaise with couriers for deliveries.
**Qualifications**:
- Qualification in Restaurant Management/ Events Management or Retail Operations;
- 3-5 years working experience;
- Very strong managerial skills to manage a team of 8-12 individuals;
- Attention to detail, meticulous and results orientated;
- Proactive and able to lead strongly within a team-based environment;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Excellence in customer service delivery and quality standards;
- Communication skills English (read, speak, write), Afrikaans (read, speak, write);
- Financial skills in understanding sales and cost base management;
- High work ethic and willingness to learn;
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends;
- Computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel); POS Backoffice.
