Detection Officer

Location: Woodmead

**Salary**: R9 000 basic plus Provident Fund: Employee and employer will contribute 5% of basic. Group life insurance: fully covered by employer; R1 483 contribution toward medical aid (Discovery)

Main Duties:

- Provide a 24/7 camera
- and alarm surveillance on sites, tracking, mobile tracking, call centre, incident management
- Operational support for critical services that support the operations
- Ensure that all matters are addressed in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner

Minimum Requirements:

- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF level 4).
- PSIRA Registered (Minimum Grade C).
- Computer literate.
- Technical background of cameras, two-way radios and alarm systems will be highly beneficial.
- Advanced Surveillance Body Language will be highly beneficial.
- IT experience / qualifications will be highly beneficial.

8 Hour shifts. Monday to Friday. Week 1: 05:30 to 14:00 (Morning shift). Week 2: 13:30 to 22:00 (Afternoon shift). Week 3: 21:30 to 06:00 (Night shift). Work every 3rd weekend, 2 x 12 Hour shifts.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R9,000.00 - R11,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- PSIRA: 3 years (required)
