Our client is a world class food manufacturer, with huge brand presence, and is looking for a **Financial Analyst**. The role is based just outside **Pietermaritzburg, KZN**, in a rural setting. The role will report to the plant FM; and have a dotted line directly into Head - Office.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Complete month end process - GL recons; journals; reporting. This will includedriving efficiency in month end closing process.
- Tax and statutory - including AFS; audit; tax pack; SARB reporting.
- Oversee internal controls and processes.
- Oversee stock, and fixed assets.

**Desired Qualifications, Experience and Attributes**
- CA(SA) or CGMA.
- 2 to 5 years post articles experience, as a FM or Controller ideally within a FMCG products environment.
- Self - managing, meticulous, analytical with extremely strong communication skills..
- Strong ability in dealing with internal, and external stakeholders, and well as strong “teamwork” values.

**CTC range**
- R840,000 - R1,080,000 per annum very dependent on experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R840 000,00 - R1 080 000,00 per year
