**Key Performance Areas**:
**Claims Management**:

- Handle a high volume of claim traffic which will be a combination of mechanical claims submitted electronically, and by phone.
- Verify Service Contract coverage and validate repair being performed.
- Authorizing parts and labor cost for mechanical repairs to vehicles according to terms and conditions of cover.
- Further question or investigate any parts and/or labor discrepancies to agree on coverage or on the amount to be reimbursed.
- Resolve inquiries from Repair facilities and Agreement Holders regarding claim and/or payment status.
- Review inspection reports and photos to further determine claim liability.
- Arrange an Assessor on claims where required

**Risk Assessment**:

- Fraud detection
- Capture, validate and assess claims on the in-house claims system

**Customer Service**:

- Advise customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications
- Effectively communicate to the customer the timeline of repair and maintenance
- Establish and maintain strong positive working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clientele
- Act in accordance with the principals of TCF

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Insurance claims background preferably
- Insurance qualification (NQF4 and RE5)
- Mechanical / Technical background (Vehicles/Motorbikes/Trucks)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paarl, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
