The crop focus is linked to the crops associated in the Area commonly grown and guided by Technical Sales Representative and ASL.**You Will Be Part of Growing Team***As a dynamic Agronomist you will represent that technical marketing and portfolio support to your allocated Area to ensure market penetration of the Corteva CP and Biological portfolio in strategically important crops to help position the Corteva IPM portfolio offer***Your Challenge:*** Drive crop specific strategies in your region aligned with Technical Marketing strategies defined by Regional feedback, planning meetings and in allocated crop segments while becoming an expert in IPM strategies in regional crops.* Implement field trials, sample collections and protocol design inputs including reporting and feedback on field trials at LPCT meetings.* Ensure data results are captured in Agriculture research management software (ARMS) and Marketing repositories to help drive strategic marketing initiatives in crop and product campaigns.* Accomplishing periodic visits to Agents and customers with technical sales representatives to support in line with key account management plans from region for crops, aiming to understand the needs and offer solutions after analysis and propose solutions aligned with the TSRs and Area Agronomists.* Helping on prospecting new trial sites and influencers in the region.* First point of contact for complaint handling for both product efficacy and product quality. Manage salesforce (SFDC) report management of claims and input data.* Support Portfolio leads on project development incl project navigator (PNAV) and new launch projects (NLPA) decisions.* Design, sign off and own the demonstration trials in line with Commercial, Portfolio and R and D expectations per relevant crop.* Help to collate and present the assembling of all trials, manage the development, applications, and harvest data with excellence, sending the results to the company and customers with support of the departments involved in these processes* Contributing to the flow of information between customers and the company, anticipating problems and actively participating in discussions of alternative solutions with the TSR and Area Sales Lead.* Submitting timely reports (activities, visits and flows) to ensure schedule of activities aligned with business strategy.* Contributing to collaboration with all departments of the company: meet deadlines with quality, share results and good practices, have critical analysis and communication initiative to increase teamwork.* Support Stewardship initiatives to ensure freedom to operate for Corteva portfolio.* Contributing with knowledge dissemination through capacity building actions for the distribution system, end users and influencers in their region of operation, aligned with TSRs and Area Sales Leads.* Contributing to carry out technical value added services to ensure sales, guaranteeing the efficiency and performance of products,* Identify agronomic opportunities with seeds teams – collaborate on joint trial plan and coordinate Agronomist involvement in seeds field days, including Pannar extravaganza and Pioneer Agronomy days.* Present technical information at regional customer and industry events where required* The Employee acknowledges that they accept and understand what is required of them in their day-to-day tasks as described in the job description. There will be routine engagement with Corteva channel partners to ensure technical information and positioning is clearly aligned with commercial ambitions to ensure market penetration of CP and Biological portfolio.
