**COLD STORES NIGHT SHIFT MANAGER**

Our client based in Cape Town requires a Cold Store Manager - NIGHT SHIFT to take full responsibility of the warehouse and ensure the effective operations achieving set targets without compromising of Food Safety or Quality.

This role will suit an individual who is responsible, accountable and able to work in a fast-paced-robust environment. Someone with energy, intelligence and good work ethic will thrive in this role.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification pertaining to supply chain
- Proven FMCG work experience in Food Industry of at least 5 years
- Advanced MS Office Suite & **SAP** or relevant ERP system
- Ability to work in a robust and fast paced environment
- **Cold Store experience a must**:

- **Own Transport a must**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Cold Chain process of the warehouse
- Inventory Control / Stock Integrity - WMS System
- Multi-level staff management, motivation & coordination
- Oversee and coordinate Distribution
- Manage Logistics Team
- Route Coordination
- Corresponding with all departments: Trading / production / logistics / etc.
- Ensure food safety and general housekeeping rules are adhere to.
- Ensure that Cold Store SOP’s are adhered to and ensure staff complies.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing of stock
- Receiving and dispatch control
- Ensure that containers are loaded according to client specifications.
- Inform maintenance on any mechanical equipment breakdowns.
- Adherence to Health & Safety
- Report any near misses, potential risks, and safety hazards.
- Complete a daily shift report on damaged products, short, dated stock.
- Data Management and reporting
- Client Liaison

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cold Stores Management: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Drivers License and own car (preferred)

Shift availability:
