**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Has knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
- Must have Pro-Active Problem-Solving skills.
- Knowledge of general building maintenace with include electricity,plumbing,painting and building experience.
- Willing to work after hours and weekends as per operational requirement.
- Valid EB license.

**Accountabilities**:

- Oversee the receiving, storage, and despatch of warehoused stock
- Oversee the housekeeping of facilities and machinery.
- Ensure Cargo transfer/receipts are accurately documented as per company policy and procedures.
- Perform scheduled stock takes and cycle counts
- Ensure proper product handling is always applied
- Ensure sufficient labour control and practices as required by the BCEA and LRA
- Oversee the allocated Machinery, Operators and Warehouse Staff
- Manage information and elements as well as sufficient reporting.
- Ensure employee discipline and control w.r.t. company standards and requirements.
- General requirements as per instruction from Senior Manager.
