Overview:

- In this role you will bean individual contributor, working largely with GTM (Go to Market) stakeholders to assist in the trust and assurance conversation during the sales cycle.

The primary focus of the role is to respond to Customer RFI (request for information) and questionnaires and be the single point of contact bridging the gap between the ARC (Assurance, Risk and Control) team and GTM in the trust and assurance narrative. The role has a secondary focus in assisting in reviewing, evaluating, and making recommendations for the correction or improvement of internal, operational and management control systems and organisational unit performance.

**Requirements**:

- Frontline experience (1-2 years) in at least one of the following business areas; technical audit, trust and assurance, enterprise risk, corporate governance, QA for software development, release management or a certification or attestation lead
- Strong time management and being able to multitask while understanding GTM priorities.
- Experience in drafting and/or contributing to proposal (RFPs, RFIs, etc.) responses
- Knowledge of good competency of how a SaaS organisation works
- Experience with the examination or implementation of technical controls, such as SOC 2, SOX, ISO or PCI
- Experience working in an environment that has an external interface with customers or regulators
- Experiene working in a highly regulated compliance environment such as Healthcare
- Experience in implementing technical controls in an Agile based software development environment
- Experience working in a GRC, technical audit or corporate governance function
