We’re on the lookout for an experienced **Field Manager** who will collaborate to create growth for our Clients, Customers and our Business. Someone who has the ability to proactively influence and manage relationships and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery and in-store execution.
**As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for**:
- Managing promotional activity
- Achieving sales targets
- Driving and achieving point of purchase objectives
- Achieving forward share and ensuring that shelf health is implemented and maintained
- Identifying and acting on new business opportunities
- Data collection, analysis and provision of insights
- Provision of reports
- Managing a team of in-store employees
**What are we looking for?**
To qualify for this role, you should
- Have 2-3 years sales experience in FMCG environment at a managerial/supervisory level|2 - 3|Essential / Minimum|0-5 years|
- Have a valid Drivers License
- Have a relevant Diploma at NQF level 5
- Have a high level of Computer literacy
- Have excellent team and staff management skills
- Have excellent negotiation skills
