Creditors Clerk

**VACANCY AT QUEENSPARK HEAD OFFICE, WYNBERG**

**Reporting to**:Management Accountants

**Qualifications**:Minimum of Grade 12. A bookkeeping qualification will be advantageous

**Experience**:At least three years’ experience in a Creditors role preferably in the retail industry.

**Skills required**:Computer literacy - MS Office with basic Excel skills

Good understanding of basic bookkeeping

Working knowledge of accounting packages and ERP systems

**Purpose**:To reconcile and pay invoices for goods and services supplied to Queenspark.

**Duties**:

- Manage take on of new suppliers on the accounting system and banking platform
- Monthly Reconciliations of supplier accounts:

- Local suppliers
- Foreign suppliers
- Store rental accounts
- Intercompany accounts
- Manage the supplier age analysis
- Manage weekly and monthly payments process
- Manage supplier documentation
- Load payments for release on the banking system
- Processing of invoices
- Electronic Filing
- Supplier liaison
