**Purpose of the Job**:
Join our dynamic team at the OK Franchise Division as an eCommerce Coordinator This role is essential for those passionate about enhancing the online grocery shopping experience. Working closely with the eCommerce Manager, this role focuses on developing and refining operational processes to ensure excellence across all customer interactions. The specialist will enhance communication between franchisees, technology partners, and delivery teams, driving operational innovation.

The** **eCommerce Coordinator also supports our franchise partners by providing essential training, guidance, and support to promote their success. Using advanced data analysis, the specialist will extract actionable insights for strategic decision-making and customer journey optimization.

Responsibilities extend to maintaining the visual coherence of our digital and physical outlets, ensuring they align with our brand values. The specialist helps to refine our unique selling propositions, distinguishing our offerings in the competitive market.

**Job Objectives**:
**Craft customer-centric processes**:

- Analyse the customer journey, identify pain points, and design improvements that create a seamless and joyful experience.

- Build strong relationships with our franchise partners, providing support, training, and guidance to ensure their success.

- Dive into data to uncover insights, identify trends, and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize operations and customer satisfaction.

- Keep everyone informed Handle internal and external communication, ensuring clear and concise information flow, alignment, and consistency in messaging across all communication channels.

- Contribute your ideas to maintaining our brand aesthetic and ensuring every touchpoint reflects our unique identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute omnichannel strategies that integrate online, in-store, and digital marketing efforts.
- Support the development and optimisation of customer loyalty programs to enhance retention and advocacy.

**Problem-solver extraordinaire**:

- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, implementing solutions that create long-term efficiency and prevent recurring problems.
- Assist in the management of day-to-day eCommerce and in-store operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Drive innovation initiatives to address strategic challenges and opportunities, proactively identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimise promotional campaigns and projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
- Degree of Diploma in Business, Retail Management, eCommerce or related - (preferred).

**Experience**:

- +2 years’ experience in a similar capacity or role within the eCommerce retail operations environment - (essential).

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Excellent understanding of fresh foods retail operating departments relating to Bakery, Deli, Fruit and Veg (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
