**Title : PC&L (Production Control & Logistics) SPecialist**: **Reports To**: PCL Manager**: Description: Our [Division] is looking for a PC&L (Production Control & Logistics) ERP Supervisor for its [FIS Pretoria] at [Pretoria]. The ERP Supervisor provides PC&L focus on each new program assigned. He/She is a Core Team Member for the Program Logistics areas and responsible for keeping the PC&L requirements on target, on time, to budget. The main missions of the role are to: - Develop all PC&L Budget line items for the assigned program - Conduct On-Site Customer and Supplier Readiness reviews, then develop and manage Up-to Schedule Plans - _ Coach and train PC&L team members_ - Manage PC&L team and track all KPI's in line with PC&L Manager requirements - Provide improvement recommendations, and champion implementing approved recommendations - Develop logistics, perform freight analysis, interface with carriers, resolve carrier issues - Ensure adherence to targets and green KPI's - Lead TOP 5 and ensure KPI's are tracked **Qualifications**: - Bachelors degree - Root Cause Analysis - Problem resolution with diplomacy - "Quick" in-plant evaluation ability from prior manufacturing experience - Strong verbal and written communications skills - Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
